Position: Sales Executive

Location: Hybrid – combining 1-2 days a week in our London office and working from home

Key Responsibilities

As a Sales Executive, you will report to the CRO, and be responsible for contacting potential prospects to sell Qualification Check’s core products and services. Other duties will include:

  • Proactively seeking out sales opportunities by various methods e.g. outbound calls, referrals, marketing, LinkedIn
  • Coordinating CRM adoptions – pipeline management, forecasting and sales information
  • Contacting potential prospects to sell both new and established products/services
  • Managing inbound opportunities through to closure
  • Adopting a consultative sales approach
  • Being accountable for achieving an annual revenue target
  • Providing regular sales forecasts and business updates to the wider team
  • Generating monthly business reports on your specific business area
  • Proposing a range of product ideas to overcome our clients’ pain points
  • Collaborating with the Marketing team to formulate B2B campaigns
  • Working closely with the Customer Success Team to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Attending and networking at sector events and conferences
  • Proactively building and maintaining stakeholder relationships
  • Representing Qualification Check in a professional manner

  • Proficient in MS Office Suite/G-suite/Slack/CRMs
  • SaaS or Managed Service sales
  • Education sector sales
  • Background screening industry knowledge
  • Fluent in other languages

Education / Qualifications (Desirable)

  • Sales/Account Management qualification
  • Higher education qualification (Bachelor’s degree or similar / equivalent)
  • Professional memberships

  • £28k – £35k salary per annum, plus uncapped bonus/commission (Up to £70k + OTE), pension and healthcare
