Role: Customer Success Executive
Location: Hybrid – combining 1-2 days a week in our London office and working from home
Key Responsibilities:
As a Customer Success Executive (Client Growth), you will report to the Head of Global Accounts, and be responsible for both maintaining existing client relationships and using this as a basis for upselling Qualification Check’s core products/services. Other duties will include:
- Proactively building and maintaining stakeholder account relationships
- Documenting sales information and opportunities within an integrated CRM system
- Understanding and interpreting customer requirements, using every sales opportunity to promote the full QC product range and services
- Acting as the first line of response for a wide range of key accounts
- Monitoring individual account metrics such as sales/revenue
- Striving to achieve annual revenue target through upselling to existing clients
- Providing regular internal sales forecasts and business updates
- Assisting with portfolio analysis and planning
- Gathering client feedback for future product development strategies
- Generating and compiling data for monthly business reports
- Seeking and implementing methods to improve client paint points and overall satisfaction
- Proactively engaging and enhancing communication with other functions of the business for a seamless customer experience

Other Skills (Desirable):
- Proficient in the use of MS Office Suite/G-suite/Slack/Monday.com/CRM
- Background screening industry knowledge
- Fluent in other language
Education / Qualifications:
- Sales/account management qualifications
- Higher education qualification (Bachelor’s degree or similar / equivalent)
- Professional memberships

- £28k – £32k per annum, plus bonus/commission, pension and healthcare
